As toymaking as a craft is an intricate practice, this career is skill-heavy towards the top of the career ladder. I recommend it for a skilled young adult who may have tinkered in robotics in high school or university. Pay heavily increases after the first 2 promotions, and work hours and days stabilize

FULL TIME TOYMAKER CAREER

Bring joy to children and adults alike by crafting whimsical toys that spark imagination and creativity. As a Toymaker, you'll design and build everything from cuddly plushies to intricate puzzles, bringing smiles to faces across the community. This is the magic of Jasbro Toys.

Learn the basics of toy crafting and assist senior-level employees with simple tasks.

Continue learning the basics of toy crafting and assist experienced toymakers with more advanced tasks.

Help test existing toys and rate them based on durability, fun-factor and replayability

Level 4: Quality Control Specialist 52hr

Ensure all toys meet safety and quality standards and develop attention to detail to spot any defects.

Level 5: Toy Innovator 85hr

Use your knowledge from toy testing and quality control to invent new, innovative toys that capture attention and dominate the children's toy market.

Level 6: Toy Innovator Tier 2 175hr

I won't spoil the whole skillset, but this job is very detail oriented at each level and will require heavy Handiness, Robotics & light Programming at the top of the career. It would be great for a Computer Science or Physics graduate.
