Created for: The Sims 3

This creepy home was build for the ghoul in you. A two bedroom, two bathroom home, equipped with a huge kitchen, separate dining area and a large living room. Most of the rooms are decorated with personal touches such as custom made wallpaper, or bedding. This house is surrounded by fog, and is sure to make your neighbors wonder "what goes BUMP in the night"

The 30x30, lot has a lot of dead trees, and several "ponds" as well as two parking spaces (on the side of the home). Cars ARE INCLUDED!!

And if your sim enjoys talking to the dead, there is a small graveyard located at the front of the house. Currently there is only one tombstone that belonged to a non-controllable sim.

The house was created so that additions can be added on, to give you the space you may need.
