Hi violet30, thank you for the comment on my uttara house. You need to unzip the zip file. Copy al the files to the tray folder. in the sims 4 folder wich you can find by the my docement folder. When you have copied all the files in this zip to the tray folder you have to start the sims 4. then g to the gallery in My Library, at the bottom of the left columns check "Advanced", then check "Allow unowned objects" and "Allow custom content".
