Ivorique : a 2 storey, 3 bedroom modern home with 4 bathrooms - on a medium size lot. The decorating palette is basically monochromatic, from white through to black.
The ground floor is an open plan space flowing from the entry through the living area and beyond to dining and kitchen amenities.The main bathroom on this floor has both bath and shower.
The upper level includes 2 double bedrooms with ensuite baths, a single bedroom [also with it's own bath], and the home office/study. A light-filled conversation area, with wraparound seating features full wall windows facing the front courtyard.
The double garage includes 2 vehicles and the area also provides storage, away from nocturnal animals, for the garbage and recycle bins. There is internal access into the main house .
Apart from three small plantings - under the dining room windows, around the small, irregular fountain and lining the path to a garden seat - the grounds are grassed and extremely low maintenance.
Ivorique was built on a specially created 35x25 lot on the site of the Unabridged Lot at 455 Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley. This EA house will need to be removed, and the lot itself bulldozed, before placing the new lot down. It may be placed on a larger lot without these additional steps if you prefer.

Ivorique is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Ivorique.
