Hawk Hall is a marvelous home for your Sims. Built as a country estate many years ago by Darryl Sim-Hawk, the famous Oil Baron, Hawk Hall has been in the family for generations. But with the recent outcry from the environmentalists, oil prices have dropped, and the great-great grandchildren of Sim-Hawk have decided to sell. Sim-Hawk was also a collector of rare books and his library at the Hall spanned two floors with massive fieldstone fireplaces. The second floor gallery in the library looks down upon the first making the room seem even larger than it really is. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one of which can be easily converted into a nursery as it is attached to the Master Bedroom suite. Also on the second floor, there are two bathrooms, a balcony and an informal living room or playroom for the kids. The first floor consists of oversized formal areas, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom. The yard has been professionally landscaped around the large swimming pool in the back and the lovely fountain in front of the Hall.
