Captain Parrish made his fortune overseas, brought it back to his old neighborhood and refurbished his acestral home turning a run down shack into an impressive estate. Unfortunately the Captain never married so the new house was entirely too large. He sold it, making a tidy profit, and moved into a condo on the beach. The estate has two Master suites (one upstairs and one down) as well as four other large bedrooms and six bathrooms. The downstairs has all formal areas, a study and a game room. There is also a child's playroom upstairs. The yard is formally landscaped around a large swimming pool and a small pond. The lot itself overlooks the scenic river below. **Since the majority of the wall and floor files that I use in my houses are custom made by others I can not include them here. You may need to do some redecorating.**
