The Tuscan is an excellent choice for the Sim who loves water. The house is almost surrounded by a pond that extends to the street on multiple levels of land. Your Sim will most certainly need a butler to keep up with all of the gardening. The house itself is basically furnished but still needs lighting and decoration such as wall hangings and plants. Or you can tear it all down and sell the furniture and do it your way! The second floor has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a small office/study. The first floor consists of an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room with fireplace, a bathroom and a large living room. A small patio leads to the uniquely shaped swimming pool in the backyard.
