The Simplicity Modern floorplan is named because it is made up of only metal, stone and wood. Surrounded on three sides by a large pond, the house makes use of floor to ceiling windows for the great views. (You will need to do a little shopping to complete this house by downloading (for free) the Bun Brunel Window 1 from Bunny Wuffle's Architectural Sims located at <a href="http://www.strategyplanet.com/thesims/sas">[link]</a>) The second floor consists of one Master suite style bedroom with attached bathroom for use as a guest suite or for the Sim who prefers privacy. There is one large bedroom with bathroom on the first floor as well as a small half-bath under the stairs. Also on the first floor is an informal living room, a formal dining room and a sun room lined with windows across the front of the house. The massive kitchen, with a fieldstone fireplace, opens into the foyer and has a patio across the back.
