Thank you for your question. Let me see if I can help. Download house/lot into your Tray file, located at: Electronic Arts>The Sims 4> "Tray" file. Open game, and go to your Gallery>My Library. and locate the side panel "View Content By" select "Custom Content in the filter. The house/lot should show up in your library now. Hope this helps.
