Base game only. The eye colour can be found under the Face paint category as well as by clicking Eyes in CAS.

Pro tip: The face paint texture is compatible with EA sliders, but sclera might discolour. I recommend using default replacement eyes for full face paint skull and face paint eyes for individual skull files.

The game must be patched up to the latest version!
