Lots can be found in the 'Edit Town' mode, which is accessed by clicking the menu. If you go to the 'Residential Lots' tab at the bottom in Edit Town, you should see the lots that you've downloaded there. To place them into your neighbourhood, you click on the lot, then 'Place Lot' onto a plot that is the right size. It seems a bit confusing at first, but that should help!

Hi deimasims - sorry to hear that my Van Alen lot is not working. Have you tried downloading and installing via the game launcher? From there, you should find it in 'Edit Town' mode. If there is anything specific that is not working, let me know!
