Yummy Christmas!
I'm one of those annoying people who can't shut up about Christmas, even in summer. I also love chocolate but unfortunately in real life I have developed an allergic reaction to it over the years. To compensate my loss and since Christmas is approaching, I thought I might as well take advantage of the opportunity and flood the TSR archives with chocolate lots specially made for the Holidays! You can check out my submissions in my own Christmas Theme. By now you should have enough lots to to create a sticky chocolate hood, so have fun! :)Le Tour Dorm
Finally my first teen packed his stuff and moved to college. Since he was always an excellent student with lots of skills and his parents couldn't afford to get him into private school, I decided to give him a better life as as young adult in a nice dorm.I've been playing this lot for a few days now and I had so much fun with it that I decided to take a few shots and publish it here at TSR. It's built on a small lot (2x2), it's only Maxis Content, requires all EPs (up to Bon Voyage) and no stuff packs. It's really fast to load too, so I hope you guys like it!
Retro Theme
I can't tell you how happy I am to be part of the Select Artist family! As some of you probably know already, we were allowed to have our first theme week here on TSR. We ended up choosing the Retro Theme, which you can find here. Also, if you're interested in my contributions for this theme, you can check out my very own Retro Theme section.Have fun everyone and happy simming! :)
Maxisland Castle
I finished a castle last night. The immensely talented hatshepsut gave me a great tip to make the bridge look better, so I want to thank her again for making this lot much better than I thought it could be. The lot is still in the upload section, so I appreciate any constructive criticism! My first tutorial
I'm really excited about my next project. I'm making a tutorial to help people create better previews for their creations. I really think that some previews don't do the creations justice... Hmm... it sounds silly, doesn't it? Well, even if it seems pointless, so far I'm having a blast. Also, this turned out more difficult than I expected since English is not my first language, and that is why it's taking me so long to finish.Take care everyone!

------
I need to thank everyone that answered this poll. It made me realise that there is indeed a tendency to choose modern lots with 2 bedrooms, no matter if they're furnished or not. I guess I should have known this already, but it was great to see your replies! Happy simming everyone!
Halloween Hotel
I never tried making a hotel before and with Halloween coming up, I thought this was the perfect chance to come up with something new and a bit creepy. As usual, I only used Maxis content. The lot was already tested and works fine with me, but if you find any trouble, let me know :)Series of Starter Homes
Since I am creating a new neighbourhood from scratch, I figured it would be nice to have starter homes that matched and looked good next to each other. So far, I've come up with 2 styles:
1- Rustic homes:
2- Traditional homes:
I'll start uploading more homes that matches these series, but if you guys have any other suggestions, let me know! :)
EDITED ----
So far the poll results show that you would also like a 3rd series, so I'm more than happy to make this one as well.
3- Modern lots:
Aegle Modern Starter
After fooling around with recolours and wallpapers, I figured it was time to make another lot with Maxis content only. It was really fun to build this one, I hope you enjoy it!My first recolour
I'm officially insane, so I decided to have a go at recolouring. I followed some tutorials and applied it on some game base objects that don't require CEP files. And I came up with this: 1 bedding, 1 wall hanging, 1 armchair, 1 plant, 1 table lamp, 2 wallpapers and 1 floor carpet. The submission is not approved yet because I requested it to be beta tested first, just in case I messed up... but anyway, I'm quite satisfied with the result, just as long as it doesn't crash anyone's game.
