More random acts

This week will once again be themeless as I try to clean out some of the half-completed projects on my computer. Preview pics will be posted(I hope), barring any site glitches that won't let me post pics.

Edit: I am also moving a couple of my sets of faces over here from my archive Yahoo group.

Random Acts of Creating

This week I'm going to be busy with real life, getting ready for my children's birthday party next weekend(my daughter just turned 9 and my son turns 11 in 10 days). So I'm just going to be finishing up some half-started skins, heads, and buildings. I'm not sure how much I'll be able to get done, but I'll post previews as I get things finished.

More Marley Wentworth

I'll be finishing off the Marley Wentworth girl's fashions for this next week. I didn't get as many done this past week as I wanted to because I bought the Battlestar Galactica Season 2.5 DVD box set and got a bit sidetracked. So more girl's fashions are on the way.

Marley Wentworth

Since my kids are now back in school(my son is in 5th grade and my daughter is in 4th grade) I thought this would be a good time to make some clothes for my Sim children and yours. So this week's project is some skins for girls, based on the Marley Wentworth dolls by the Tonner Doll Company.

Princess Diana finale

This week's project is the last set of fashions for Princess Diana. I'm hoping for about 10-12, depending on how much time I have this week. As always previews will be added as I complete the fashions.

FA Theme Week

*Adding pics* I'm taking a brief break from the Princess Diana skins to work on some items for the September FA Theme week. The theme is Posh Sims, and it is a salute to the fashion industry. I am looking at making a couple of High Fashion outfits for those with Superstar, and also some faces of famous models. If I have time I might do a Studio Town lot or two, but that is only if time permits. I will finish up Princess Diana next week. I'll be posting my Theme Week previews as I get things completed.

Edit: I decided that I would do a mix of current and past models. So some of these names will be "blasts from the past", so to speak.

Edit#2: Well, I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to get to the High Fashion outfits or the Studio Town lots. This week is getting really busy with real-life activities, so I'll only be doing model faces. I have a lot of faces prepped, so I hope you all won't be too disappointed. The outfits that I wanted to do will be completed at a later date.

More Princess Diana

*More pics added* Not much to say other than... this week is a continuation of the Princess Diana theme that was requested in the TSR Skinning forum. I'm hoping to get quite a few done this week, before we leave for the Labor Day weekend to go on a canoe trip with my husband's side of the family. Pics to be posted as I complete the outfits.

Princess Diana

*More pics added* This coming week's project is a slight departure from the wonderful world of dolls. It is a request from the TSR Skinning forum for the face and some fashions of the late Princess Diana. I have about 10-12 outfits that I'm looking at plus I'll be including faces with those fashions as well. Pics to be posted as they are completed.

Edit: After finding a fantastic site that had pictures of about 80+ dresses from a 1997 auction of Diana's things, I have decided to expand this theme into a 2-3 week project that should yield between around 20-30 skins total(I hope).

Houses

*Pics added* For this week's project, I'm doing some house building. I've got a few houses sketched out on graph paper already, so time permitting, I hope to get about 5-6 houses done. Pics will be posted as the houses are completed.

*Note: Because of other commitments this past week, I was only able to get 3 houses done.*

More Emme plus-sized fashions

*More pics added* I didn't get as many of the plus-sized skins done last week as I wanted because I was also trying to get an update ready for my Yahoo group(which I hadn't updated in 4 months). So the rest of the plus-sized fashions based on the Emme dolls should be submitted this week. Pics will be posted as they are completed.

*Note: Some of these will not be exact copies. I wanted some variety in the color choices and as an artist I felt that some small changes to the outfits had to be made to make them more "Sims" friendly.**
