Hello! We use the Naturalis crib often and it works properly. Anyway, I just entered the game and tested it in several positions. All attempts work, even when near the wall (left and right sides tested).
Only things we can think about are:
1- make sure there is no table or decor in the adult sim route.

2- Seems a silly info but we must cover all angles... make absolutely sure you are using this crib exclusively to infants. Just like EA's infant crib, it does not work with toddlers or newborn.
