The California Manor is a luxurious estate featuring a huge main house, separate study/exercise room, large pool with pool house, and an estate gate with small lookout house. The main house features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/dinning area, huge 2 story great room, and laundry room. The laundry room door leads outside to a walkway that leads to a study/exercise room. Outside of the exercise and study area, There is a walkway that leads to a huge backyard. In the backyard there is a huge pool with a pool house and bar. There is also a large outdoor dining area. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master suite with sitting area leads to a huge master bathroom that is over top of the study/exercise room. A door in the hallway leads to a balcony that overlooks the pool. The third bedroom can also access the balcony.
