This house is the first in a series of four that celebrates Spring. Another excellent starter home! The March comes fully furnished and ready to move in for under twenty thousand. One bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, front porch, patio as well as a dining room and living room, this small house has it all. It comes complete with a bookcase for studying cooking and mechanical, a mirror for studying charisma, a chess set for logic, a weight bench for body and an easel for creativity. All your Sim has to do is get a job and he or she will be moving up in the world in no time!
