For fans of the Tempting Tuscan and the Formal Tuscan comes the third in the series, the Modern Tuscan. Almost fully furnished, this version of the Tuscan theme is a dreamhome for any Sim. There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, total. The first floor consists of a large formal dining room, a kitchen with the most up-to-date appliances, an office, a formal living room, a game room, a music room, an informal T.V. room, a gym with spa equipment, an indoor swimming pool complete with mosiac tiles on the bottom and a huge Master suite. On the second floor there are four bathrooms and six bedrooms, two of which are suites. A gallery style balcony looks down upon the indoor swimming pool below. The yard has been professionally landscaped around the uniquely shaped swimming pool and the pond that stretches across the side of the house.
