Rowan was a creature of nature. Named for a sacred tree, she spent much of her time outdoors, playing in the pond and stream that runs around the home. She also loved water, which is why there are two swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors. One evening, Rowan's mother called her in for dinner but Rowan didn't answer. Her mother walked through the yard searching and there, in the middle of the pond, she saw a shimmering light. The light became brighter and brighter until it flashed and went dark. In its place was a tiny Rowan sapling, just beginning to unfurl its leaves. Now your Sim can own this mystical property. The house has two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room or study as well as a balcony on the second floor. The first floor consists of an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a dining room and an office. The yard has been professionally landscaped. Several of the windows are from Phoenix_Phaerie's Small Town America Build Set and the columns are from Jendea's Simitecture.
