This large house will accommodate a large family: 4 adults (including teens), 2 children and 2 toddlers.
In the area of Villa Bora-Bora is located 6 houses. Three houses on the water were equipped with the necessary equipment, including the fridge, so that hungry sim can use at any time. When you cook dinner in the kitchen, it will be in all the fridges.
In the pool - the sea you can swim and fish. On the beach there is a large basketball court, a barbecue area, a sunbathing area and a coffee shop where you can hire a salesperson. In addition, the plot has been adapted for weddings. Next to the cafe stand you can listen to music (hire DJ) and dance.

@Number1Guru - Villa Bora-Bora was built long before the release of EP Island Lving. And even if it was smaller, it would not be suitable for putting up on the island, since it contains a swimming pool covers the largest area of this plot. Even if you remove it, the houses there will not settle properly on the island.
