Looking for a small and not so traditional house? Then this converted train carriage tiny house is perfect!

This house is built on the lot near the old Conifer Station in Evergreen Harbor, so it fits the location perfectly. The furnishing is completely in style, so your Sims can feel like they're really in an old train carriage. There is a simple kitchen, a seating area, a romantic dining area for two, a small bathroom with toilet and shower, and a cozy bedroom. Outside there are some more train units, made as a museum-like setting.
