These apartments are made with eco-friendly materials and come with a communal greenhouse on the top floor, plus a bunch of solar panels and wind turbines that produce energy. There are three apartments, of which two are fully furnished and decorated. The apartment on the ground floor is left empty, except for the kitchen and bathroom.
