Created for: The Sims 4

The home was built in 1850 by the owner of a local factory. Currently it is a multifamily home with four apartments in it but I attempted to recreate the house as a single family home. The exterior of the home is actually very close with the exception of the dormers on the third floor. In real life they are a bit smaller. The interior should be pretty close to the original home before it was converted into apartments. I had to use my imagination a little bit on the first floor as this was split into two apartments but I was able to create a floor plan similar to other homes from this era. The exceptions being the kitchen which would have been quite small in the original home and I also made a large family room in the back of the house. The second and third floors should be accurate to the original home. The home features 8 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. 2 large porches and a large pool. $301,054 on a 64 x 64 Lot. I fell in love with this home when I moved into it so I felt I should try to recreate it in The Sims.

The home has a lot of CC listed in the Notes section. It should be noted the roof of the porches looks a little funky due to game limitations. We work with what we have :/
