This Gothic home had been in the Collingsworth family since 1562 when James Collingsworth built it for his new bride. They lived happily ever after, but when the Swamp Witch Imelda cursed their great, great, great grandson a century or so later, bad luck seemed to follow the family thereafter. Finally, one of the descendants, fed up with bad luck, sold it to Mrs. Jameson and her daughter and granddaughter and the Collingsworth family moved across Simiton Ocean, hoping to put their bad luck behind them. Hopefully the Jamesons will have better luck. They seem to be happy and Mrs. Jameson is real pleased with the beautiful gardens and the rich soil, and her plants seem to be thriving. Rumor has it that the place is haunted, but so far they haven't seen any ghosts, though her daughter has become a little pale and hollow eyed. The locals whisper of Vampires and a nearby town called Forgotten Hollow that everyone seems to be afraid of. But Vampires don't really exist. Do they?
Lower level has drawing room, chess area, formal dining room, kitchen, and half bath
Upper level has three bedrooms and two full baths
Hidden basement has workout room, handyman/science room, and a full bath
Beautiful gardens with fountains and places to sit and relax, as well as fruit trees and vegetable/fruit garden, most grown to perfect status.
