This charming home is almost fully furnished and comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen with eat in dining, large covered back porch and pool. Perfect for Sims families OR Sims couple starting out. The Master Bed room is furnished and the two other bedrooms are not. I tried to use neutral colors. There is one large bedroom empty that can be used to kids of the same sex and a smaller room for a 3rd child or home gym. The upstairs hallway I used as a computer area.
All EA items- No CC.

The house was built in Oasis Springs on the lot titled Sandtrap Flats if you want it to fit properly.You can put it on a bigger lot but make sure the lot faces in the same direction as Sandtrap Flats does otherwise you won't be able to rotate it. That is if you would like to add to my creation by giving room for play or garden area.

thanks christina and Chemy-- I am working on my building skills in Sims 4... ( i spend too much time playing it though lol) and still working slowly on some Sims3 projects. College takes up alot of my time. I am looking at a reduced course load as these 8 courses this semester is abit MUCH. No free time for anything and at almost 45 this yr.. its a little stressful. Then that should free up time for whats really important.. ehhehe.. sims $\;\)$

Plan to start building with CC from TSR for Sims4 this week.. as I am so booooored with what EA offers. Blarg.
