To wear the wrap you will find it under hats; please make sure that your sims is sporting a bald hairstyle. Do not use the Puffy Curls Afro with this accessory. Hair has been attached to get full effect.

It's kinda broken...please fix it. You can see all the layers then it preset it so when I'd take a shower the hair would pop up on my sim
