I've been toying with this idea for some time. This Sim scraped up every dime to buy a piece of land (1*3) lot, and the only building is a tiny, 3*3 bathroom. The camping gear and picnic table/chairs are all from TSR, and the crops are harvestable (Save for the mostly-hidden ones at the corners, which are decorative.) The cost of the lot as is, is 14K and change, which is a good compromise between fulfilling needs/wants/skills and just buying a hot tub!
