Created for: The Sims 4

This home is inspired by The Brownstone from the Show Elementary TV.
Watching the TV series, I tried to deduce the arrangement of the environments.

On the ground floor there is the library and the room where Sherlock and Johan develop their investigations.

On the first floor there is the kitchen, a small sitting room that gives directly access to Sherlock's private room.

On the second floor, there is a second bedroom and the room with various monitors.

On the roof, there are hives.

In the sub-basement I created another room for the indisons and one sort of small laboratory.

I place the lot in San Myshuno, so it possible see the bridge!
Tested by me in game.
