This lot is an exact copy of my little semi-detatched house in the heart of a huge metropolis (complete with urban spawl & pollution). This house is nestled in a busy, but surprisingly quiet residential neighbourhood full of green grass, trees and lots of pets. It's close to shopping, parks, schools and public transit. No need to drive to the local store, walking is a must with everything you need within five blocks. Utopia doesn't come cheap, house prices may still be reasonable, but CityHall will get you with astronomical property taxes. About this Sim Lot: Why is it sideways? To maximize lot depth not width. Only the half we live in is furnished, please move in new neighbours, please. Why is there so little space between houses? Welcome to living in the heart of a big city. Why are both sides of the semi-detatched house flanked by unusable spaces? To illustrate how close we are to our fellow urbanites. Finally, I have tried my best to be as accurate as possible with size, textures and objects. Hope you enjoy my little Home Sweet Home. We are very happy here. PS; each closet has a suprise.
