This imposing home is inspired by Brutalist architecture (check my notes if you want to find the link to understand). It has plenty for your Sims to do, though! Have them check out the glass tiled covered pool at the top, along with the game room, full bathroom with lockers, and a bar while listening to the music. On the third level, there's another full bathroom, hobby, laundry room, and gym. The second level has three bedrooms, and another full bathroom. On the first level, there's a combined dining/kitchen/and bar area. In the rear, there's a garden area, and what's this? A fishable pond! Please check my notes to get the CC items and other important information. Enjoy!
