This rustic-modern home is the second addition to my Timberframe Series, and it utilizes a classic open floor plan that combines the kitchen with the dining area and great room. The home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The great room provides the wow factor with a high cathedral ceiling and clerestory windows at the top of the walls on both sides, providing plenty of natural light.

The two wrap-around porches, on opposite sides of the home are accessed through doorways in the kitchen and the great room.

The home is designed to bring sims together but it's not without quiet spaces. The pocket door off the great room opens to a covered porch which provides ample of leuisure area with outdoor sitting, a telescope and a nook. Whereas the opposite side of the house is designated for gardening.
