Created for: The Sims 4

This lot is 50x40 build and it only has one useable floor.
The frontyard is very big and the build itself is long, but not that big.
You have different options for going into the house.
The actual/official front door is the left one. By entering it you're ending up in a big hall, where you can see a small fountain. On the left side there is the bathroom, which you can only reach by going through the master bedroom.
On the opposite of the entrance, there is the home office and on the right of it, you have the teenage bedroom (I decorated it for more a 'dark'/'goth' teeanage kid).
I added another small bathroom and big kitchen.
On the backside of the house, there is a little patio and a small closed room with a whirlpool in it.
