A cute cottage with a big terrace and a lake-ish pool. On the first floor there's a kitchen, a living area and a small study area, while upstairs you'll find the bedroom and bathroom. A different set of stairs leads to the terrace, where you'll find an outdoor living area, a meditation area and another platform up in the tree with a easel for a cute spot for painting. Suitable for one person or a couple, it contains a lot of toys and space for animals!
No CC. 20x15 lot

Note: the pool bridge doesn't work because of the tree. You might need to use a teleporter to use the gazebo. At some point I managed to get one sim to swim there, but it never happened again. The rest of the house works without problems.
