Have your sims ever wanted an infinity pool? Well this is the perfect home for those sims that have been dreaming of having an infinity pool to swim. It is also transparent so they can see seamless water that looks like it never ends! The water that leads up to pool also has wonderful ocean waves that was accomplished using the Studio Effect Player by Andrew! There are also active streams in pool. This beautiful dream home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It also has an open floor plan. The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has it's en suite leads out to the hot tub and pool. It has amazing views! There is also an office and small storage room located under the stairs. The second floor has three bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry room. There is also a third floor loft that I left empty that can be used for skill building, playroom, or even another bedroom. You have the opportunity to decorate to heart's desire. Please don't let the small lot scare you off. The home is extremely spacious. The lot traits are Bracing Breezes, Natural Light and Sunny Aspect. The home was built in Windeburg.

I also wanted to mention that I have the aom Mirrors EA Move on Wall and the Spa Day version from Sims 4 Studio. It isn't needed for lot. I didn't place any EA mirrors in any crazy spots but I thought I'd still mention it. Happy simming!
