Sure, if you already have your game set up to use mods/package files just place the mod in your packages folder. In game you just have to click on the baby click nraas and then stylist and it will open up a CAS window where you select clothes like normal. Hope that helps a bit

Lévana, to change an existing baby you need to use this mod http://nraas.wikispaces.com/MasterController+Phase+Eleven if you dont want that it's just random sometimes you'll still get a baby born with the blue or pink blanket.
