A modern vet clinic.

It's a very complete clinic with all need to treats animals and is a comfortable and calm place to sims and pets to wait.

On the ground floor it has two similar vet rooms with a small office zone on each one. Next to one of this rooms it is a small division with an analysis machine and a fridge to medical use. The entrance gives access to this beautiful waiting room, full with soft colors and cozy furniture, where sims can see tv, get comfortable and see everything inside the vet rooms through this big glass windows all over the place. Pets can wait too while playing with toys or sleeping on some of the beds or couches for bigger ones.

On the first floor there are a no gender bathroom (including cats), a x-ray room, and a small cafeteria for pacients and staff, and pets that can eat here too.

This building has an amazing natural light from the big and modern windows, is filled with cold and earthy tones on outside but soft and warmer colors on inside, with some exception on the waiting room.
You can have a good and peaceful time even though some pet get sick, you have a nice and beautiful place to go.
