It features a great hall, a classroom, a common room and bedoom (with working bonfire) , the headmasters office and private rooms, a library with restricted section, greenhouses and beds (there is place for all ingame plants! even for the thrash fruit beside the bins), a science lab, a mausoleum for the death flowers, a stable for the cow plants, a grand staircase, a hospital room, a prefects bathroom and the lavatories, an atelier, a viaduct courtyard, bonfire and BBQ place, and an astronomy tower!

I used Sims 4 Basegame and the Outdoor Retreat Game Pack to build this lot
!make sure you have the extended content enabled in your galery to use this lot!
place this lot from build mode to keep resized, moved and lifted objects
Installation: unzip the files and put them all into your ->TRAY<- folder
this lot can be used as residential and community lot
just change in build mode

The Dragons and Elephants will not be exported with the lot, i placed them via buydebug (open the cheat console (press SHIFT+CTRL+C at the same time) and type
bb.showhiddenobjects
you'll find them under Deco->Sculptures in buy mode
click CTRL+9 to enlarge them and bb.moveobjects on (in cheat console) to move them anywhere
if you want to place the fish pond, type :
fishing
in the search field
