Seabrook is the perfect home for all those sims looking for an upgrade but still remain on a budget (only 81k). This beautiful home with soft warm colors is all about peace and harmony. I designed this lot on the Bargain Bend plot in the Willow Creek neighborhood on a 30x20 corner lot but will work either way its placed. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom spacious area comes with both a front and back patio, open concept, and a small walk through study. The amazing Niobium Living and Kitchen Elisa sets add beauty and elegance along with the Bungalow Windows and ohhh do we love our lots and lots and lots of windows. There is a master bed with an attached master bath that leads to the back patio, a kids bedroom and a separate bath for the entire house and guests. There is a computer in each room, spa on the patio, yoga, dart board, treadmill, easel, along with other things to keep your sims occupied. Thanks and enjoy.
