How to place this house into your game:
I use the ‘bb.moveobjects on’ cheat, so be sure you install the lot properly.
!! Do not place the lot directly from the library into your neighborhood while you are in Manage Worlds (map view)!!
For the house to show up correctly, you must place the house while you are on the lot you want it placed on, and have the ‘bb.moveobjects on’ cheat active.

If you don't see the house in the library, please make sure you have the 'Include Custom/Unowned Content' box checked under Advanced settings.

Feel free to redecorate or modify to fit your needs and taste.
