IMPORTANT: Be sure to enable MOO (bb.moveobjects on) before placing the house. This home is good for your single Sims or maybe a young couple starting out. The ground floor includes the garage/workshop, laundry room and foyer. In the back yard is the pool with custom water feature and bbq area. Upstairs is the living area with one bed and one bath.

I've placed this home in other lots (at 30x30 there are quite a few different places it can go!), but my most recent and favorite is where it's located in the screenshots - in San Myshuno, where The Old Salt House used to sit in the Spice Market neighborhood!


About the design: This is an actual home that was designed by Nicholas Kashuba, who is no longer with us; may he rest in peace.
