The "Tires", which are just decorations, will reset. They will need to be placed back into position if you want it to look the same as pictures. Once this is done the decorations will stay in place. However, this will not effect gameplay, just the look.

I used the following decorations for the tires...
2 Vibe Gate Fountains (Perfect Patio Stuff)
1 Space Turkey (Perfect Patio Stuff)
1 Industrial Grade End Cap (Get To Work)

With bb.moveobjects on do the following....

Back Tires
Take the inside Vibe Gate Fountain, move it back into place by holding the CTRL key and pressing the 9 key (move up key) 4 times.
The End Cap will be on the ground at the base of the Vibe Gate Fountain, move it up by holding the CTRL key and pressing the 9 key until it is in the middle of the Space Turkey.

Front Tires
Move the Vibe Gate Fountain up by holding the CTRL key and pressing the 9 key 1 time.
Take the End Cap at the base of the decoration and move it up by holding the CTRL key and pressing the 9 key until it is in the middle of the Space Turkey covering the white circle. Do this twice for each tire front/back.
You will notice that water will still flow from the front tire fountain decorations.

The Tombstone represents the Sim that died by fire during early play testing/building. Oops!
Never had that happened to me while testing and never had the Game Over screen either.
