A modern house with fantastic a view and lush surroundings, plants thrive around this beautiful house. This house features two study rooms - great if your sim is keen to learn. It also features a large pool in the back yard with high quality pool lights so your sims can not only enjoy the pool during the day but also at night. The house also contains two bedrooms, one is en-suite with a luxurious bathroom.

The kitchen and dining room are put together with the highest quality furnishings that your sim can enjoy. The living room has a modern design and also contains a gorgeous fireplace for your sims to keep warm on cold nights.
