This is another remake of mine from 2009. A large 3 bedroom split level home. The main entrance opens to a living room with fireplace, bathroom, split level kitchen/dinning area, entrance to a large backyard and deck with BBQ, eating area, garden, monkey bars and crafting station. In my Sims 3 house I had 2 garages...which are not needed for the Sims 4. So I remodeled them into a split level gym and library/study.
The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath and media/TV room with 2 balconies. No custom content. Fully furnished and decorated.
