Created for: The Sims 4

Luxury and modern villa designed for rich family with 2 children. House holds 2 bathrooms. 1 for parents, second is made for kids right next to their rooms on second floor. Parents' bathroom is designed to be partially underwater - bath place, behind glass. Bathroom for kids has enough space for them both and seperated baths and restrooms.
Every room has it's unique distinction. Master room - sleeping place surrounded by water with 2 sculptures guarding sleeping lovers. First teenage room - hidden small room for sleeping. Whole room is designed in fire colors. On other hand second teenage room is made in water tone with a water pilar inside, whcih itself works like lightning.
Your sims can spend their free time here in various ways. On first floor sims can find gym with 2 televisions. Other way is party room with a bar and enough space to dance. Whole room is enlightened by red light. In pool, except swiming, your sims can also take a look at underwater floora and sculptures. Library is in red/black tone, with seperated room for painting. It's placed on last floor, far from noise. Your sims can read and paint there peacefully.
2 corridors aren't also boring. 1st floor it's with fountains and columns to add nice touch to the decor. 2nd floor is with sculptures (like on screenshot).
Kitchen (inside of the house) is connected with dinning room outside.

This lot uses custom content. List and authors are listed in creater notes. Install them before placing the house.
