The monk who sold his Ferrari... well bought an old monastery with the money. He then renovated it to make it into a home and a sanctuary of inner peace. After selling away his possessions and belonging he now spends his time meditating and learning the mysteries of life. And now he is selling his shrine as is days of ending this life and beginning a new one is coming closer.

Ground floor features one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living, porches and gardening facility. First floor dedicated to meditation with no distraction.

Inspiration for the lot: Wanted to create a simple started with a spiritual and Tibetan theme. The title of the book -The monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin Sharma inspired me to create this lot. Couldn't keep it under the started budget.. but what the hell, comfort comes first.
