Created for: The Sims 4

This is a small family home.

The first floor is the entrance of the house and has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living / dining room, kitchen and balcony.
The ground floor has a child's bedroom, a tiny office and a bathroom. It's connected with the rest of the house with an inside staircase and also it has a exit/entry that gives access to the backyard behind the house.
With everything placed on the 1st floor it really seems to be in an apartment.

It was mainly used warm and bright colors, earthy colors inside and out.
It is very cozy, it is small but has enough space as can be seen in the photos.
It has 2 bedrooms (adult - child) and 2 bathrooms, 1 of the two on each floor.

The exterior has a pool, a small area with bbc behind the house and some nice plants / trees.

Remember that you can change the child's bedroom to an office, a gym or another room, this house don't have to be a family house.
