Created for: The Sims 4

This is a 3 story modern house initially built for a 20x20 lot in Windenburg.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level of the house is open-plan, with lots of neutral colors and wood panelings. I added some pops of color by using lots of plants to bring life to the house interiors. There's a living room with a TV and a chimney, a round table and several sleek chairs for dining room, and a kitchen with beautiful black counter tops. The first of 2 full bathrooms is eight next to the kitchen and below the stairs that lead to the second floor.

The second level contains a full bathroom to be shared by both bedrooms. I also added a tiny space to fit 2 washing machines and 2 dryers - knowing that these can malfunction quite a bit in the beginning, it's always best to have too of each! If you follow the hallway you can find the bedrooms at each side of it, they both have walk in dressing rooms and a couple of instruments for skill building, and a laptop/PC each.

Going to the third level - and my personal favorite - there's a tiny workout area with a treadmill and a yoga mat, and when you open the door you finally arrive to the rooftop garden! There's quite a lot of plants all around the place, and of course there's also a grill and a dance mat for your sim to invite some friends over and have some fun! It looks beautiful at night thanks to the dangling lights over the dancing area!

This house is perfect for a small family that's very chic and modern but that also enjoys nature and good views of the city and the surrounding river! Its very close to the centre of the city so there's lots of things to do in that area as well.
