This place is like “wow”! Party animals will love this charming little building right in front of a blue ocean. Plenty of juice bars around to get your Sims in the mood for anything. Gorgeous tents for you to enjoy the beach with no sun burning. Barbecue and picnic areas. A cozy Jacuzzi right in front of the ocean? What a blessing! At the Sunshine – Beach Hangout you’ll also find lots of games to play with, comfy couches to chat and date, instruments to practice your skills or impress friends and total strangers, karaoke and a DJ booth.

VIP Sims have special areas to go to, like: a bar, where they can buy food and books (??) - (I know, weird, but useful!), a full buffet service (food 24/7 for your hungry Sims), a “bath sanctuary” (full of warm tubes for an extreme relaxation therapy), a PUB area (where they can play pool and have some drinks with friends), access to the terrace (with a bar and an astonishing view to the ocean), and three bedrooms where they can have a shower and crash out. 

And believe it or not, this property comes with ten toilets in total! Cool, isn't it? ;)
