This is my contribution for the TSR Challenge with the theme "Apocalypse". I have recreated the hydroelectric dam from the game "The Last of Us" for you. It´s the place where the main characters of the game Joel and Ellie, find his brother Tommy.
I've saved this lot as community lot. But you can also convert it into a residential lot. It contains all important objects a Sim needs to survive.

!! Please place the house only in build mode ! Before you place it, the cheat bb.moveobjects on must be activated (always enter the cheat in build mode!). If the cheat was not entered correctly, some objects may be missing or moved (That could block the Sims' path) !!

Your game should be completely updated.
