Built in Newcrest on a 50x40 lot.

I finally caved and bought the Sims 4 a couple months back or so and this is my first Sims 4 upload to The Sims Resource of any kind. I hope you all enjoy it!

Extra Notes:
Besides the basic master suite, I created the other two bedrooms for a teenage male and a nursery for a toddler girl. You can change anything on this lot once downloaded and in game as you see fit or to suit your sim family needs, just don't claim as your own or re-upload.

This lot was challenging at times as most of my houses so far for my Sim families have literally been a box with rooms added in. Hehe. I am overall happy with the final lot though, especially since this was my first house I actually tried to get creative with. I am sure it will get better in the future as I get more practice with building on The Sims 4.

Instructions for installing lots:
Step 1: Download the house
Step 2: Unzip The Files
Step 3: Place all the downloaded files for the lot into your Sims 4 Tray. (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ Tray)
Place only the tray items in your tray, not the zip file.
Step 4: Open the Sims 4 Gallery and it should appear there.
If the lot does not appear in your gallery
Step 1: Go to 'my library'
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom in the column on the left side.
Step 3: Go to 'advanced.'
Step 4: Click on 'Include custom content.'
