Important Info: For it to function like an actual townhouse for two different families or households, you will have to select the 'lock door for specific sim' on both the front and back door of each complex. You will choose each sim of the opposing household you want locked out of the unit you are selecting. Hopefully that makes sense, but it should be pretty self explanatory and simple. Unfortunately it will still combine all funds and treat every sim you move in as one household etc as The Sims 4 does not allow you to create your own townhouses or apartments technically. There may be mods to fix this if you wish and use mods, but I wanted to upload this lot with no mods or custom content etc. I haven't found one personally so sorry I can't share more information than this. It is still a simple fix to the lack of functions the game has.

I basically built this for my own recreation or remake of Willow Creek and wanted creative ways to add more residents. Thought I'd share the lot as I was building it and saving it anyways in case any other simmers are interested. :)

I decorated and furnished the units for my Willow Creek residence etc, but feel free to refurnish or decorate to your sims needs. Just please don't reupload or claim as your own!

I also apologize that the outdoor decor or landscaping is quite plain and lacking, but I built this townhouse on a very small lot to save space!
